Smith – Chapman  – Test new Honda Civic at Ecosse Test Day, Glendevon, 15th May.

This was the first time Colin and Craig had to try out their skills in near competiton conditions in their new Honda Civic.  G & M Mechanical Services were there to provide on-event servicing and following some adjustments to the suspension setting, brake bias and tyre pressures Colin and Craig finished the day very happy with the set up of the car, declaring the day a great success. Craig, Colin and G & M Mechanical Services are all looking forward to Rally Sardinia in June.

Graeme Schoneville was testing his G & M Mechanical Services build Honda Civic Jordan at Glendevon last weekend.

Graeme used the time in the car to try different suspension settings and make adjustments to improve the handling of the car under the guidance and advice of G & M Mechanical Services, who will now set to work preparing the car for Graeme’s next event, the Jim Clark Reivers on Sunday 30th May.

Following on from the success of  the North West Stages, Blackpool in February when Grant/Carstairs came second overall in their G & M Mechanical Services prepared Subaru Impreza, the team are in the final throws of preparation for three days of competiton in the Jim Clark National and Jim Clark Reivers rallies on 28th-30th May 2010.

G & M Mechanical Services is delighted to announce that they have been selected to prepare the recently purchased Honda Civic of Colin R Smith and Craig Chapman.

Colin and Craig will be competing in four rounds of the IRC, including both international and domestic events. The first of these events is  the 2010 Rally I’Italia Sardegna, fourth round of the IRC to be held from 4th-6th June 2010.
